Kevin (23 plus years as a lawyer and 18 years as a qualified insolvency practitioner) and Eamonn (30 years experience in insolvency and 20 plus years of running various businesses) can tap into expertise and experience, and a unique combination of legal expertise, application of insolvency legislation, and real life practical business acumen, to work closely with directors to create solutions to the problems they face.

They will specifically help directors ensure that they are aware of their duties and protected, as well as preserving value for creditors, banks and shareholders.
